Tout d'abord, ce serait plus pratique si tu mettais tes sources ici avec les balises TCL, ça éviterait qu'on ait à aller d'une page à l'autre.

Ensuite, tu n'as pas dû lire la page sur les binds pour faire:

tclcopier

bind raw - 311 whois:proxy
proc whois:proxy { nick uhost hand chan ] {

D'autant plus que tes 2 procédures ont le même nom.

# Syntaxe: bind raw <flags> <keyword> <proc>
# Procédure: procname <from> <keyword> <text>

Donc, il faut faire:

bind raw - 311 whois:answ
proc whois:answ {from kw text} {
