If you have installed / activated the script on both Eggs and you want only one of them to react, you can change the flag's name in the script of one Egg (only one).

Look for the line :

tclcopier

setudef flag NCNSBC

and replace NCNSBC by what you want.

Actually, it will require some changes in the code.
Such a modification is terribly specific to your own use and I'm not sure I want to do that. Sorry.

Moreover, why the hell do you need to put 2 Eggs with the same script on the same chan ?
